Terms of use
These terms govern the use of content, accounts and access offered by SQL.tn.
Purpose
SQL.tn provides lessons, exercises with solutions, articles, projects, a local SQL environment and a placement test for educational purposes.
No certification
Results, scores and feedback are not a diploma, professional certification or guarantee of employment.
Accuracy
Content is reviewed carefully but may contain an error or not cover every peculiarity of a SQL system. Important differences are identified where relevant.
Account and responsible use
Users must protect their password and must not disrupt the service, bypass its protections or reproduce the editorial collection as an original product.
Discovery access
Discovery access is free and includes content identified as such. It requires no payment card and remains available without an announced time limit, subject to service availability.
Order and activation
Submitting a request on the site does not charge you or activate access. Payment arrangements and applicable conditions are confirmed before payment. Access is activated after administration verifies payment.
Cancellation and problems
An unpaid request can be cancelled free of charge. For an activation, content or payment issue, use the Contact page and include the order reference. Any special condition communicated before payment supplements these terms.
Account deletion
Deletion removes authentication data, sessions, progress and access. When a payment was confirmed, the profile is anonymised and minimum financial references remain for accounting.
Invitation-only beta access
A beta code may temporarily grant SQL Pro without payment. It is personal, single-use, subject to expiry and creates no automatic renewal. This access is for product testing and may be closed in case of abuse without affecting existing paid access.
Prices and access duration
TND prices: 49 TND for 180 days, 99 TND for 365 days, and 149 TND for 365 days. EUR prices: €14 for 180 days, €29 for 365 days, and €44 for 365 days. USD prices: $17 for 180 days, $34 for 365 days, and $51 for 365 days. Conversions use the 2026-08-19 reference interbank average rates and are rounded to the nearest whole unit. These are one-off payments with no automatic renewal.
Order, payment and activation
An access request is neither a payment nor an activation. Before payment, the price, currency, duration and payment method are confirmed. Access is activated only after the payment is effectively confirmed. A declined payment grants no access.
Cancellation, refunds and duplicate payments
An unpaid request may be cancelled at no cost. Any duplicate payment, activation error or refund request is reviewed using the order reference, the terms shown before purchase and applicable law. The final refund policy must be approved before online payments open.
Fraud and misuse
SQL.tn may temporarily suspend an account in case of suspected fraud, abusive access sharing, an attack on the service or an attempt to bypass its protections. Measures must remain proportionate and may be challenged through Contact.
Availability and interruptions
SQL.tn aims to provide an accessible service and preserve synced progress, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents or external dependencies may cause temporary interruption. A proportionate solution will be considered for a substantial interruption to paid access, according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Possible service closure
If the service were to close, users with active paid access would be informed through an available channel. Remaining access and any requests would be handled according to purchase commitments and applicable law.
Liability and decisions
Exercises use fictional data and the service is educational. Users remain responsible for checking a query before applying it to real data or systems. SQL.tn does not guarantee employment, official certification or a particular professional result.
Intellectual property
Access permits personal use of the content and tools. It does not permit resale, bulk republication, systematic catalogue extraction or presenting the content as one's own creation.
Future international payment
If Paddle is later enabled as Merchant of Record, seller identity, taxes, currency, payment terms and applicable refund handling will be shown at checkout. No Paddle integration is active today.
